  • 6 units Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 units Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter for greasing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
  5. Pour this mixture into the greased baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Let the casserole stand for a few minutes before serving.
