
Cheesy Baked Penne Pasta

Ingredients:
- 450 grams Penne Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 jar Marinara Sauce
- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil
- to taste Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the marinara sauce to the pan and bring to a simmer.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and marinara sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
