Cheesy Baked Penne Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 450 grams Penne Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 jar Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil
  • to taste Salt & Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinara sauce to the pan and bring to a simmer.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and marinara sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving. Enjoy your cheesy baked penne pasta!
