
Cheat's Chicken Tikka Masala Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Dried Penne Pasta
- 2 pieces Chicken Breast
- 1 jar Tikka Masala Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- To Taste Salt and Pepper
- A handful chopped Fresh Coriander
Instructions:
- 1. Boil pasta according to packet instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- 2. While pasta is cooking, cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
- 3. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pan.
- 4. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is fully cooked.
- 5. Pour in the jar of tikka masala sauce to the pan and stir well. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 6. Add the cooked and drained pasta to the pan and stir until pasta is well coated in the sauce.
- 7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped coriander.
