Cheat's Chicken Tikka Masala Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Dried Penne Pasta
  • 2 pieces Chicken Breast
  • 1 jar Tikka Masala Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • A handful chopped Fresh Coriander

Instructions:

  1. 1. Boil pasta according to packet instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. While pasta is cooking, cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pan.
  4. 4. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is fully cooked.
  5. 5. Pour in the jar of tikka masala sauce to the pan and stir well. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the cooked and drained pasta to the pan and stir until pasta is well coated in the sauce.
  7. 7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped coriander.
