Carnitas Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 whole orange
- 1 whole lime
- 8 pcs small tortillas
- 1 cup green salsa
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
- Cut the pork shoulder into large chunks, removing any excess fat. Place the pork in a large baking dish.
- Season the pork with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano. Rub the seasonings into the pork.
- Squeeze the juice of the orange and lime over the pork. Tuck the squeezed fruit halves into the dish. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the pork is very tender, about 2 hours.
- Once done, remove the pork from the oven and shred the meat using two forks.
- Heat up the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Serve the pork on the tortillas, topped with green salsa, diced onions, and chopped cilantro.
