
Cajun Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet with the cream sauce, tossing to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked shrimp back into the skillet. Toss until everything is well combined.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
