
Butter Chicken

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Boneless chicken
- 100 grams Butter
- 200 ml Heavy Cream
- 200 grams Tomato puree
- 1 large Onion
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 2 teaspoons Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
- To taste Salt
Instructions:
- In a pan, melt the butter. Add overall chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
- Grate in the ginger and garlic and frying for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the tomato puree, cook for 10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add the chili powder, garam masala, and kasuri methi, stir well.
- Add the chicken. Make sure all the chicken pieces are coated with the sauce and cook for 20-25 minutes, until cooked thoroughly.
- Stir in the cream and cook for another couple of minutes.
- Season with salt, garnish with some more cream before serving hot with naan or rice.
