
Breakfast Mac 'n Cheese

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 4 whole Eggs
- 4 slices Bacon
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Boil the macaroni according to packet instructions until al dente, then strain and set aside.
- In a pan, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Set aside.
- In a pot, melt the butter. Add the flour and stir continuously to make a roux.
- Gradually add the milk to the pot, whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Add cheese, stir until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Crack the eggs into the pot and whisk until they're fully incorporated into the sauce.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the pot and stir until it's fully coated in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Crumble the crispy bacon and sprinkle it on top of the mac 'n cheese.
- Serve the breakfast mac 'n cheese hot, enjoy!
