
Breakfast Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces White fish fillets
- 2 units Lime
- 1 unit Avocado
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 1 small Red onion
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 8 units Tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
- 2. Season fish fillets with salt, pepper, the juice of one lime.
- 3. Cook the fish fillets for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked through.
- 4. While the fish is cooking, chop the avocado, cilantro, red onion, and tomatoes.
- 5. Warm the tortillas on the stovetop or in the microwave.
- 6. Build your tacos by layering the fish fillets, avocado, cilantro, onion, and tomatoes inside the tortillas.
- 7. Squeeze the second lime over the tacos and serve warm.
