Breakfast Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces White fish fillets
  • 2 units Lime
  • 1 unit Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 8 units Tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. 1. Preheat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Season fish fillets with salt, pepper, the juice of one lime.
  3. 3. Cook the fish fillets for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  4. 4. While the fish is cooking, chop the avocado, cilantro, red onion, and tomatoes.
  5. 5. Warm the tortillas on the stovetop or in the microwave.
  6. 6. Build your tacos by layering the fish fillets, avocado, cilantro, onion, and tomatoes inside the tortillas.
  7. 7. Squeeze the second lime over the tacos and serve warm.
