Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 3 stalks Scallions
- 2 large Eggs
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Start boiling water in a pot, add a pinch of salt.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- While the pasta is cooking, mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
- Cut the scallions into thin slices.
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan, add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and fry until fragrant.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, pour them into the pan, and scramble until they are fully cooked.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, stirring to combine with the other ingredients.
- Now, pour in the soy sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Finally, sprinkle the chopped scallions on top and serve hot for a comforting breakfast dish.
