Breakfast Chinese Comfort Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 3 stalks Scallions
  • 2 large Eggs
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Start boiling water in a pot, add a pinch of salt.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  3. While the pasta is cooking, mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
  4. Cut the scallions into thin slices.
  5. Heat the sesame oil in a pan, add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and fry until fragrant.
  6. Beat the eggs in a bowl, pour them into the pan, and scramble until they are fully cooked.
  7. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, stirring to combine with the other ingredients.
  8. Now, pour in the soy sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Finally, sprinkle the chopped scallions on top and serve hot for a comforting breakfast dish.
