Ingredients:

  • 2 cups puffed rice
  • 1 cup sev
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • handful finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 finely chopped raw mango
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind chutney
  • 2 tablespoons green chutney
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 10-12 crushed papdi

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine puffed rice, sev, chopped onion, tomato, raw mango, coriander leaves, and crushed papdi.
  2. Add in the tamarind chutney, green chutney, chaat masala, black salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Using a large spoon, mix all the ingredients until well combined. Make sure the puffed rice is coated with the chutney and spices.
  4. Serve immediately to ensure the puffed rice remains crunchy. Enjoy your spicy, tangy, and crispy Bhel Puri!
