Ingredients:
- 2 cups puffed rice
- 1 cup sev
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped tomato
- handful finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 finely chopped raw mango
- 2 tablespoons tamarind chutney
- 2 tablespoons green chutney
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 10-12 crushed papdi
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine puffed rice, sev, chopped onion, tomato, raw mango, coriander leaves, and crushed papdi.
- Add in the tamarind chutney, green chutney, chaat masala, black salt, and lemon juice.
- Using a large spoon, mix all the ingredients until well combined. Make sure the puffed rice is coated with the chutney and spices.
- Serve immediately to ensure the puffed rice remains crunchy. Enjoy your spicy, tangy, and crispy Bhel Puri!
