Beef Sukiyaki (Japanese Hot Pot)

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Thinly sliced beef
  • 1 small head Napa cabbage
  • 6 pieces Shitake Mushrooms
  • 1 block Tofu
  • 1 large Carrots
  • 2 stalks Spring Onions
  • 3/4 cup Sukiyaki Sauce
  • To serve Cooked white rice

Instructions:

  1. Prepare all ingredients: slice beef thinly, cut the napa cabbage into chunks, slice the mushrooms and carrot, cut tofu into cubes and spring onions into 2 inch long pieces.
  2. Arrange all in a large pot or pan in separate sections. Pour sukiyaki sauce over and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat up the pot over medium heat until everything is heated through. Mix all together and let cook until all ingredients are tender and well coated with the sauce.
  4. Serve hot with a bowl of rice.
