
Beef Sukiyaki (Japanese Hot Pot)

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Thinly sliced beef
- 1 small head Napa cabbage
- 6 pieces Shitake Mushrooms
- 1 block Tofu
- 1 large Carrots
- 2 stalks Spring Onions
- 3/4 cup Sukiyaki Sauce
- To serve Cooked white rice
Instructions:
- Prepare all ingredients: slice beef thinly, cut the napa cabbage into chunks, slice the mushrooms and carrot, cut tofu into cubes and spring onions into 2 inch long pieces.
- Arrange all in a large pot or pan in separate sections. Pour sukiyaki sauce over and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat up the pot over medium heat until everything is heated through. Mix all together and let cook until all ingredients are tender and well coated with the sauce.
- Serve hot with a bowl of rice.
