Total Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Thinly sliced beef
  • 1 bottle Sukiyaki sauce
  • 1 whole Napa cabbage
  • 2 whole Negi (long green onions)
  • 1 whole Carrot
  • 8 whole Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 packet Shirataki noodles
  • 1 block Tofu
  • 4 whole Raw egg

Instructions:

  1. Slice the napa cabbage, negi, carrot and tofu into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms. Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water and cut into manageable lengths.
  2. Heat a small amount of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the beef slices in a single layer and cook until lightly browned. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the vegetables and noodles, arranging them in separate piles. Pour the sukiyaki sauce over the ingredients in the pan and increase the heat to bring the sauce to a simmer.
  4. Once the sauce is simmering, add the tofu and return the beef to the pan. Lower the heat and let everything simmer in the sauce until cooked through.
  5. To serve, provide each person with a small bowl containing one raw egg. Each person can dip their hot sukiyaki ingredients into the egg before eating. Enjoy your Beef Sukiyaki!
