
Beef Pad Thai

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Flat Rice Noodles
- 200 grams Beef sirloin
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 4 stalks Green onions
- 1/4 cup Crushed peanuts
- 1/3 cup Pad Thai Sauce
Instructions:
- 1. Boil the rice noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Set aside.
- 2. Thinly slice the beef sirloin and set aside.
- 3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add the garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
- 4. Add the sliced beef to the pan and stir fry until it's fully cooked.
- 5. Push the beef to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs and mix them with the beef.
- 6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, then add the Pad Thai sauce. Toss everything together until it’s all evenly coated in the sauce.
- 7. Add the bean sprouts and half of the green onions. Stir it well.
- 8. Serve the Beef Pad Thai garnished with the remaining green onions, crushed peanuts, and a lime wedge, if desired.
