Beef Pad Thai

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Flat Rice Noodles
  • 200 grams Beef sirloin
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 4 stalks Green onions
  • 1/4 cup Crushed peanuts
  • 1/3 cup Pad Thai Sauce

Instructions:

  1. 1. Boil the rice noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Set aside.
  2. 2. Thinly slice the beef sirloin and set aside.
  3. 3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add the garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the sliced beef to the pan and stir fry until it's fully cooked.
  5. 5. Push the beef to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs and mix them with the beef.
  6. 6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, then add the Pad Thai sauce. Toss everything together until it’s all evenly coated in the sauce.
  7. 7. Add the bean sprouts and half of the green onions. Stir it well.
  8. 8. Serve the Beef Pad Thai garnished with the remaining green onions, crushed peanuts, and a lime wedge, if desired.
