
Beef Lo Mein Comfort Bowl

Ingredients:
- 16 ounces lo mein noodles
- 1 pound sliced beef
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 3 pieces garlic cloves
- 4 stalks green onions
- 1 piece carrot
- 2 pieces bell peppers
Instructions:
- Prepare lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until cooked. Remove the meat from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for a minute until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers and carrots to the skillet, stir-fry until tender.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce into the skillet and toss to coat the vegetables well.
- Add the cooked beef and noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together so that the beef and noodles are coated in the sauce.
- Slice the green onions and sprinkle them on top of the lo mein before serving.
