Beef Bourguignon Croissant Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds boneless beef roast
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 bottle red wine
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 large croissants
- to taste dijon mustard
- 4 slices swiss cheese
Instructions:
- Cut beef into cubes.
- In a large pot, sauté the beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned on all sides.
- Stir in the flour until it is well absorbed.
- Slowly pour in the wine, then add the sliced mushrooms.
- Cover and let simmer for about 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
- Spread each croissant with dijon mustard.
- When the beef bourguignon is ready, use a slotted spoon to layer the beef onto the croissants.
- Top each with a slice of swiss cheese and the other half of the croissant.
- Serve immediately for a unique and exotic French breakfast experience.
