
Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Beef flank steak
- 2 cups Fresh broccoli florets
- 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 inch, peeled and grated Fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Slice the beef into thin strips, against the grain.
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, and oyster sauce. Add the beef and stir to coat. Set aside.
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to high, add the beef and stir-fry until it is no longer pink. Remove the beef and set aside.
- Add the vegetable oil to the wok. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, until it is bright green and still crisp.
- Return the beef to the wok and stir everything together. Cook for another minute, until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot over steamed rice.
