BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Boneless pork shoulder roast
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1 tbps Onion powder
- 1 tbps Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 6 units Brioche buns
Instructions:
- Combine your BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl, stir until it's all well mixed.
- Place your pork shoulder in the slow cooker, and pour the mixture over it.
- Set your slow cooker to low, and let it cook for 8 hours.
- After 8 hours, pull the pork apart with two forks. If it's cooked properly it should fall apart easily.
- Serve the pulled pork on brioche buns.
