BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Boneless pork shoulder roast
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tbps Onion powder
  • 1 tbps Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 6 units Brioche buns

Instructions:

  1. Combine your BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl, stir until it's all well mixed.
  2. Place your pork shoulder in the slow cooker, and pour the mixture over it.
  3. Set your slow cooker to low, and let it cook for 8 hours.
  4. After 8 hours, pull the pork apart with two forks. If it's cooked properly it should fall apart easily.
  5. Serve the pulled pork on brioche buns.
