BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 pcs Pork shoulder roast
  • 1.5 cups BBQ Sauce
  • 0.5 cups Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cups Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 pcs Buns
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Season the pork shoulder roast with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the roast in a slow cooker.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the roast in the slow cooker.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  6. After the pork is cooked, pull it apart with two forks.
  7. Serve the pulled pork on buns with extra BBQ sauce.
