Ingredients:
- 2 whole Bell peppers
- 2 whole Zucchinis
- 2 whole Carrots
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchinis, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the vegetables on a large baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables, then sprinkle the salt, black pepper, dried basil, and dried oregano evenly over top.
- Use your hands to toss the vegetables until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
