
Baked Italian Summer Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian spice blend
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
- 2. Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts, then season with salt, pepper and Italian spice blend on both sides.
- 3. In a baking dish, layer the chicken breasts. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- 4. Mince the garlic and scatter over the chicken. Zest the lemon and squeeze the juice over the chicken.
- 5. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves over the top.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
