
Baked Italian Chicken with Summer Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 2 medium Zucchini
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 1 large Bell peppers
- 3 pieces Garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 handful Fresh basil leaves
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Chop the zucchini, tomatoes, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, chopped vegetables, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread out the chicken and vegetables onto a baking dish in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the dish just before serving.
