
Baked Chicken Frittata

Ingredients:
- 1 whole Chicken breast
- 6 large Eggs
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Basil
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and cook the chicken until no longer pink. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooled chicken. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, until the frittata is set in the center and lightly browned on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the frittata warm, with toasted bread and a side salad if desired.
