
American-style Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 6 whole Eggs
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- for garnishing Paprika
Instructions:
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Drain eggs, and let cool. Once cool, peel and cut in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks from the eggs and put in a separate bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with paprika.
- Serve chilled.
