American-style Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 whole Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for garnishing Paprika

Instructions:

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Drain eggs, and let cool. Once cool, peel and cut in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks from the eggs and put in a separate bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with paprika.
  5. Serve chilled.
