
American Rice Balls

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Rice
- 4 cups Water
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- In a pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add rice into the pot, cover and reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes until the rice is cooked.
- Once the rice is cooled, mix in cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- Shape the rice into balls and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the rice balls until they are golden brown.
- Serve the American Rice Balls hot as a snack.
