Ingredients:
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Instructions:
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon fillets to the pan, skin-side down, and cook for 6-7 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the fillets and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the salmon reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the cooked salmon before serving.
