Ingredients:

  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until the yolks and whites are fully combined.
  2. 2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the butter, let it melt.
  4. 4. Pour the beaten eggs into the frying pan. Let them cook undisturbed until they start to set around the edges, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir the eggs with a spatula, pushing them from one side of the pan to the other, until they are softly set but still slightly runny in places, about 3-5 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  6. 6. Stir in the milk, which will finish cooking the eggs to a soft, creamy texture.
