
Aloo Paratha (Potato Stuffed Indian Flatbread)

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Wheat Flour
- 2 medium Boiled Potato
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Green Chilies
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seed Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- to taste Salt
- as required Water
- as required Ghee (Clarified Butter)
Instructions:
- Sift the wheat flour and add water little by little to knead into soft dough. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Peel the boiled potatoes and in a bowl, mash them well. Add green chilies, fresh coriander, cumin seed powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
- Divide the dough into equal small portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- Flatten the ball and place a spoonful of potato mixture in the center. Gather the edges of the dough to seal the potato stuffing within.
- Flatten the stuffed ball and roll it out carefully into a thick, round flatbread.
- Heat a flat pan on medium heat, place the rolled out flatbread on it. Cook on both sides, applying some ghee until golden brown spots appear.
- Serve hot with yogurt or pickle of your choice.
